Self-Paced Inner Child Meditation Course
Our five 10-15 minute meditations gently guide you through a process of using your powerful imagination to rewrite childhood experiences, imagining them to be experiences where your needs are truly met. We pair each meditation with a robust digital integration journal that allows you to go deep into rewiring your relationship to that element at your own beautiful pace.

In collaboration with Emily Smith, mother, writer, nonviolent communicator, tai chi instructor, and UX designer, we’ve created this inner child meditation series to support our inner work, which is just so foundational for healthy connection.

“ The Inner Child Meditation Series: Internal Family Remapping by Rearing Humans is nothing short of transformative. I used it as part of a workshop series I designed called You Are Expansive (YAE), which uses art, psychoeducation, and community dialogue to shape empowering learning experiences. YAE serves as an emergent strategy for collective liberation and community healing, so weaving inner child healing and attachment theory into its structure was vital. Each meditation, from attunement to delight, provided a powerful, immersive journey into healing old wounds and cultivating deeper self-compassion. I can’t recommend this series enough, as it is truly a powerful tool for liberation and emotional freedom. Thank you, Sara and Emily! ”
“Thank you so much for being such a profound positive influence on my life. I work through and utilize the materials and tools that you’ve given me nearly every single day.”
